Test Your Bandwidth
1. Click the link below to go to the Bandwidth Test page.

2. Click the "Run Bandwidth Test" in the middle of the page.
3. The system will test your connection speed
4. If the number reported as the download speed: XXX kilobits is greater than 300 Kbps then you have the bandwidth to receive the broadcast.
5.If the Bandwidth comes back below 300 Kbps you do not have enough bandwidth to receive the broadcast correctly.
6. Email us if you would like information on how to get your bandwidth upgraded in order to watch the broadcasts. We will further help you so you can receive the broadcast.
Step 4
Tuning Your Player
To tune your Windows Media Player, click:
* Start
* All Programs
* Accessories
* Entertainment
* Media player
when the Media player opens
Click on the Menu Bar
* Tools
* Options
* Network Tab
* Click the UDP box so there is no check mark in the box
* Close the Player
Then click:
* Start
* All Programs
* Accessories
* Entertainment
* Media player
when the Media player opens,
Click on the Menu Bar
* Tools
* Options
* Performance Tab
Make sure under Connection Speed that the Detect connection
speed button is selected with a green dot in the circle.
Close your player by clicking the X in the upper right corner, then:
